Hand Shankle
You will be shaking the ankle of your partner in this handshake.
Stand up and find a partner.
Face your partner so that your right shoulders are across from each other.
Shake right hands.
Touch right elbows twice.
Do two right hand fist bumps. (A fist bump is making a fist and lightly bumping the upper fingers and knuckles.)
Do two right hand hammer taps each. (A hammer tap is making a fist and tapping the bottom of one person’s fist to the top of another person’s fist.)
Tap the insides of the right feet twice.
Tap the outsides of the right feet twice.
While standing on your left foot, lean forward with your right hand and arm extended and lift your right foot up behind you. Grasp your partner’s right ankle and shake lightly twice.
Let go and stand up.
Slide so that your left shoulders are across from each other.
Repeat the process with left hands and left feet.
